Accounts Payable

The Accounts Payable Department is responsible for ensuring that payments for all purchases and expense reimbursements for both the Westchester and Loyola Law School campuses are processed and reported in accordance with university policy and Internal Revenue Service laws and regulations. At LMU purchases are decentralized and payments requests must be approved and coded with the GL Account number at the department level. All payment requests (i.e. invoices, requisitions, receipts, etc.) must be submitted through Concur, Accounts Payable online system, in order to be paid.
