The Office of Campus Business Operations has been established to provide a broad set of quality, customer service oriented services that support the University's goals and enhance the student's experience at LMU. We provide an intuitive campus ID card, called a OneCard, with pioneering technologies in financial and access transactions to our diverse LMU community for faculty, staff, students and affiliates. Our responsibilities include:
- Issuance of University ID OneCard
- Replacement of lost / stolen / damaged OneCards
- Deposits to Flexi-Dollar and/or S-Dollar Accounts
- Encoding of approved Onity door access
Note: Campus Business Operations previously handled the issuance and monthly payments of university mobile phones, but as of May 2020 this has transitioned to the Network and Infrastructure division of ITS. Please visit the Mobile Phones section of the ITS website for more information.
