Setting Up eAccounts Mobile App

NOTE: You must save a Payment Method while in a browser on a computer in eAccounts before you can make a deposit from a cellular device.

iPhone

  1. Go to app store
  2. Search eAccounts (Blackboard Transact Mobile eAccounts)
  3. Select "Loyola Marymount University"
  4. Choose your "Realm" login
  5. Sign in with your regular LMU network credentials

Android

  1. Go to play store
  2. Search eAccounts (Blackboard Transact Mobile eAccounts)
  3. Click "Add a site"
  4. Select "Loyola Marymount University"
  5. Choose your "Realm" login
  6. Sign in with your regular LMU network credential

Saving a Payment Method

(not available using Guest Deposit)

  1. You must be logged in
  2. Make a deposit
  3. At the bottom of the "Receipt for Account Deposit" click on "Save Payment Method". You will then get the below confirmation.

If you want to use a different debit or credit card you have to first use that card number in the desktop browser on a computer and then do a Save Payment Method as well. Each time you will give the Payment Methods a new name.

Scheduling for a Later Time or Recurring Deposits

NOTE: After you have chosen the Account, Deposit Type, entered the Deposit Amount, and Saved Payment Method, click Next.

  1. Confirm Scheduled Deposit by reviewing the information
  2. Click on Submit Scheduled Deposit
  3. Select Create a Recurring Schedule
  4. Choose the Start Date, End Date, and Time using the calendar and time icons, for the recurring schedule.
  5. Schedule the deposit to recur every:
    • Daily - choose to schedule every (x) day(s), and optionally limit the schedule to Every weekday
    • Weekly - choose to Recur every (x) week(s) on, and then choose the day of the week to begin.
    • Monthly - choose to schedule Day (month day) of every (x) months, or The First, Second, Third, Fourth, or Last Day, Weekday, Weekend Day, or Specific Weekday of every (x) month(s).
    • Yearly - choose to schedule Every (Month) (Day of Month) or The First, Second, Third, Fourth, or Last Day, Weekday, Weekend Day, or Specific Weekday of (Month)
  6. Choose the recurring schedule to:
  7. Click Next

NOTE: A convenience fee of $2.00 will be applied to this deposit. This fee is applied to a transaction to cover costs incurred by the university while processing your payment.
